Phase transitions in BaTiO3-KTaO3 solid solutions

Description
Dielectric properties of BaTiO3-KTaO3 solid solutions with KTaO3 molar concentration of 10% maximum were studied for ceramic samples at 100 Hz, 1kHz, 1 MHz frequencies. Phase diagram of these solid solutions was constructed. It is shown that strong deviation from Vegard linear low is noted both for phase transition temperatures and for lattice constant. It was established that analyzed solid solutions were characterized by typical relaxation behaviour. 8 refs.; 7 figs.; 1 tab
