Based on the guide for quality assurance of nuclear power plants, the guide for quality records control of nuclear power plants provides for the fundamentals in managing the quality records for a nuclear power plant including the design, manufacturing, installation, test operation, operation and maintenance. The guide specifies only the standard practices and not the actual methods. The purpose is to improve quality in operation of the nuclear power plant concerned. Contents are the following : liability of the enterprises, classification of the records (permanent and non-permanent), preparation of the records, indexing, perusal, storage, disposal, inspection of the storage, etc. (Mori, K.)
