Description
A 100kV electrostatic accelerator for micro-particle acceleration has been constructed. Investigation of hypervelocity dust impact phenomena by using time-of-flight mass spectrometry, impact flash and charge measurement for metals, polymers and semiconductors bombarded by micron-sized particles will be started.
