This report complies with the provisions of Article L. 542-2-1 of the French Environment Code, as amended by Law no. 2006-739 of June 28, 2006, under which the CEA, as operator of processing and research facilities, is required to draw up, keep up to date and make available to the supervisory authorities, information relating to operations involving spent fuel and radioactive waste from abroad.
