Crystal growth of four superconducting phases in Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system

Description
Method of spontaneous crystallization from solution was used to prepare monocrystals of four superconducting phases in Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system: 2201 (Tc∼10 K, c=24.60 A), new phase 1201 (Tc∼60 K, c=19.65 A) 2212 (Tc up to 98 K, c∼2Csub, Csub=30.77-30.91 A) and 2223 (Tc∼110 K). Influence of conditions of oxygen saturation on superconducting properties of 2212 crystals was investigated
