Tripartite GHZ state generation with trapped ion in an optical cavity

We present a single step scheme to generate, experimentally, maximally entangled tripartite GHZ state in a single ion, using trapped ion interacting simultaneously with a resonant external laser field and red sideband tuned quantized cavity field. Besides the simplicity of execution and short operation time, GHZ state generation is reduction free
