Polarization in anodic tantalum oxides

Description
Frequency dependences of dielectric permeability and tg δ Ta-Ta2-O5-Au planar structure where oxide film resulted from tantalum oxidation are studied. Specimens where anodic film via the selection of anodic oxidation conditions does not contain local crystalline inclusions or contains such inclusions, were studied. In both cases, polarization of electron and ion shifting is shown to contribute mainly in the value of dielectric permeability. 16 refs., 3 figs
