YBa2Cu3Ox superconducting ceramics with oxygen different content under pressure up to 120 kbar
Description
A study was made on Tc(P) dependence of high-temperature superconducting YBa2Cu3Ox ceramics with oxygen content x=6.9; 6.8; 6.7; 6.55; 6.42 under pressure of 120 kbar maximum. The obtained results show, that change of dTc/dP value takes place for all x values in Tc(P, x) dependence in P=20-60 kbar range. The results are discussed from the viewpoint of experimental data on crystal structure with account of theoretical and experimental ivestigations of electron spectrum in the vicinity of Fermi energies
