Radiation of an electron in an electric field. 2

  • 1. Tomskij Politekhnicheskij Inst. (USSR)

Description

Radiation of an electron moving in a field of a travelling electric wave is considered by the quantum electrodynamics methods. It is being cleared up in what manner the probability of photon radiation in external intensive electromagnetic fields should be written down in the zero-plane formalism. In the quantum case the radiation in a field of a longitudinal electric wave is shown to noticeably differ from that in a constant uniform electric field already in terms proportional to the Planck constant tau. The radiation due to particle spinflip arises only in the second order in tau. In a longitudinal electric wave no predominating spin orientation is observed
