Description
The designers of SNR 2 have worked hard to improve the economics of large fast reactors, and it now seems that SNR 2 has the potential to compete with German LWRs. Nevertheless, the concepts used to achieve this have still to be verified during the forthcoming phase of detailed design and licensing. (author)
