Description
Dependences of the ion current density in the scattering laser-produced plasma on laser radiation parameters, target materials and distance from a target are investigated theoretically. Calculations needed for design of laser ion sources for acceleration technology are carried out. The explanation of the two-hump form of collection signals observed in some experiments with the laser-produced plasma is presented. Additional possibilities of the acquisition of data about experiment conditions by means of the collector signals analysis are considered
