Description

The automatic setup for the investigation of voltage-capacitance and voltage-conductance characteristics of the semiconductor nanostructures with barriers were designed and created. It was shown that created setup was able to reveal the detail peculiarities of the electrophysical characteristics of the complicated surface-barriers nanostructures
