Process for the production of 14C-labelled compounds

Description

The patent describes the production of 14C-labelled compounds from solution with the aid of algae. A microorganism of the Anacystic species is used, preferably Anacystis nidulans which is also known as 'Indiana 625'. The experiments and their results are described in detail. (UWI)

Abstract (German)

Die Erfindung betrifft die Gewinnung von 14C-markierten Verbindungen aus Loesungen mit Hilfe von Algen. Als Alge wird ein Mikroorganismus der Gattung Anacystis verwendet, vorteilhaft Anacystis nidulans. Diese Mikroorganismen tragen auch die Bezeichnung 'Indiana 625'. Die Patentschrift gibt eine sehr ausfuehrliche Beschreibung der Versuche und ihrer Ergebnisse. (UWI)
