Preparation and electrical properties of Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 solid solutions

Description
Ceramic samples of lead magnesium niobate (PMN) and (1-x)Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 - xPbTiO3 (PMN-PT) solid solutions with x = 0, 0.05, 0.10, and 0.30 have been prepared by solid-state reactions, and their structural, electrical, and piezoelectric properties have been studied using X-ray diffraction, Rietveld profile analysis, impedance spectroscopy, and the resonance/antiresonance method. The results indicate that the use of nonstoichiometric columbite enables the synthesis of phase-pure PMN and PMN-PT
Abstract (Russian)
Методами твердофазных реакций получены керамические образцы магний-ниобата свинца (PMN) и твердых растворов (1-x)Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 - xPbTiO3 (PMN-PT) с х=0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.30. Исследованы их структурные, электрофизические, пьезоэлектрические свойства методами рентгенофазового анализа, полнопрофильного анализа Ритвельда, спектроскопии комплексного импеданса и методом резонанса-антирезонанса. Установлено, что при синтезе PMN и PMN-PT предпочтительно в качестве исходного реагента использовать фазу нестехиометрического колумбитаAdditional details
