The second generation for nuclear electricty: fast breeder reactor plant
Description
The first part briefly describes the limitation of the development of the first generation reactors for nuclear electricity and the necessity of the development of fast breeder reactors. The second part proves and describes that fast reactors have the features of good safety, good reliability and good economic prospects, with the experiences on FBRs throughout the world. The suggestions on the strategy for FBR development and technical options in China are proposed in the third part. Finally the envisaged development of nuclear electricity capacity under the above strategy is given
