Radiative collapse in a Z-pinch powered by Blumlein generator
- 1. Tokyo Inst. of Tech. (Japan)
Description
We have constructed a pulsed power generator of Blumlein type to examine radiative collapse in carbon fiber pinches. Moreover, we carried out calculating and examination about radiative collapse. Numerical calculations show the reduced critical current for the initiation of radiative collapse. (author)
