Physical Security Regulations SOR/83-77 of 14 January 1983

Description
The Physical Security Regulations were published in the Canada Gazette of 26 January 1983 (Part II, Vol. 117, No. 2). They establish and require the maintenance of security systems, equipment and procedures to implement Canada's international obligations regarding security at those nuclear facilities. The Regulations will enter into force as from lst December 1983 for certain facilities and at a later date for the others. (NEA)

Le Reglement sur la securite materielle a ete publie dans la Gazette du Canada le 26 janvier 1983 (Partie II, Vol. 117, No 2.). Ce reglement prevoit la mise en place de dispositifs de securite et d'equipements ainsi que la mise en oeuvre de procedures en vue de permettre au Canada de remplir ses obligations internationales en ce qui concerne la securite des etablissements nucleaires.
