Design of integrated preamplifiers for operation at low temperatures and under high radiation dose
Description
The great number of signals input channels coming from the calorimeter of the ATLAS detector, presents a wiring problem. A solution is to put the electronic channel near the cold detection element. This implies specific performances for the electronic. The author showed that ASGA technologies are able to operate in such environment. The simulation of Mefset for low temperatures has also been studied with SPICE parameters. (A.L.B.)
