First, the author discusses a method to measure anapole moments of nuclei in optical experiments. In section two, he discusses optical activity of heavy-metal vapors (cesium and thallium) in the microwave region. In section three, he considers parity nonconservation effects in diatomic molecules. Section four covers how it might be possible to find in experiments with heavy atoms not only the weak charge of the nucleus Q, but also those of the neutron and proton separately. Finally, in section five, he discusses the anticrossing levels by the weak interaction in molecules and rare earths
