On the central of longitudinal mobility of high-energy electrons in ondulators
Creators
Description
Dependence of electron translational motion velocity in the ondulator on its energy is one of the main characteristics determining the efficiency of coherent microwave radiation generation by an electron beam. To optimize the process of generation, the possibility of control of electron longitudinal mobility is essential. It is shown that introduction of long-periodical ondulator fields together with focusing fields permits to carry out control of electron longitudinal mobility without energy limits
