Multigap model predictions for rho and A2 contributions to nucleon nucleon total cross section

Description
A model based on a rapidity gap expansion of the scattering amplitude is applied to nucleon-nucleon processes. Very encouraging predictions are obtained using rho-universality (or alternatively factorization) and exchange degeneracy without extra parameters. The predictions compare well with the experimental data
