Description
Disordered magnetic systems of rare earths and copper are investigated with regard to possible spin glass properties. The systems are prepared by means of the dc-plasmatron-high rate-sputtering method. The samples are characterized as a crystalline copper matrix with rare earth inclusions by the help of X-ray diffraction measurements. Magnetic low temperature measurements are carried out at the sputtered samples and their results are discussed. At the system Cu94.5Tb5.4 a spin glass state is detected caused by an strong stochastic distributed magnetic anisotropy
