Study on spatial resolution of luminescent glass conversion screen
- 1. China Academy of Engineering Physics, Mianyang (China). Inst. of Applied Electronics
Description
A simplified blur model of luminescent glass screen caused by Compton electron scattering is set up based on the Compton scattering theory. The influence of the screen thickness of the screen spatial resolution is given through numerical analysis. Then the screen spatial resolution is experimentally measured by an experiment carried out on 12 MeV linear accelerator, and the results accord with the calculated ones
