The dialectical thinkings about certain nuclear safety issues

The nuclear safety issue is all along the focus that we concern;, and 'Safety First' has always been our consistent principle. With the increase in the number of nuclear power unit in our country and the new tendency in international nuclear safety requirements, how to further correctly understand the true essence of nuclear safety requirements, really master and implement the new safety requirements generally, virtually enhance our country's nuclear safety level has become the focus issue that all people engaged in nuclear power industry concern. As for the hot issues currently existed in the understandings, this article analyzes and discusses some important issues, such as the nuclear safety and risks, dialectical relationship of safety management, design safety margins, safety standards, safety monitoring, safety culture and risk-informed approach etc..
