Communication support system
Description
The present invention provides appropriate countermeasures against problems provided by an operator by using a dispersed-type network system. That is, an open space is provided for groups of engineers in the related art to support operators, and information transmission means is provided for smoothing the communication, thereby judging is made for carrying out effective decision, and experiences are accumulated automatically as data base. Various data concerning the plant are transmitted not only to the operators but also to aid groups at the outside to carry out appropriate decision and support the operators by an effective communication system possessing open-space characteristic in the external aid party as a group of specialists. Operators' burden can greatly be mitigated and it is possible to settle the plant to appropriate conditions in any situation. (N.H.)
