Oxophosphate Nd3PO7
Description
The Nd3PO4 monocrystals are grown within the temperature interval of 1100-900 deg C. The Nd3PO7 is crystallized in a monoclinic system, sp.gr. Cm, parameters: a=12.966(3), b=13.233(5), c=12.266(3) A, β=108.66(2), V=1993 A3, d=5.756 g/cm3, Z=12. Complete coherence of the NdOn polyhedrons is noted. 4 refs.; 3 figs.; 3 tabs
