ZnxCdyHg1-x-yTe solid solutions - an alternative material for infrared devices
Description
The energy-bond structure and phonon spectra peculiarities of ZnCdHgTe solid solutions have been considered. The results shown three mode behaviour spectra. It has been proved that Zn stabilize the weaker bond in ZnCdHgTe. The parameters of epitaxial layers of ZnxCdyHg1-x-yTe alloys were compared with ones of CdxHg1-xTe. 13 refs, 6 figs, 3 tabs
