The calculation of angular and energy distributions of ions passing through thin monocrystalline film

Description

This paper is devoted to computer calculation of angular and energy distributions of ions passing through thin monocystalline film taking into account channeling effects. The calculation method elaborated was applied to calculation of these disributions for the case of 5 keV neon ion beam passing through nickel(100) monocrystalline film
