Description
Methods for increasing the efficiency of creation of new forms of hexaploid triticale (AABBRR, 2n=42) on the basis of stepwise hybridization ((soft wheat, AABBDD, 2n=42 x diploid rye, RR, 2n=1) x hexaploid triticale, AABBRR, 2n=42) are presented: 1) the method of colchicination of weat-rye hybrids F1 plants through sprouts at the beginning phase of micro- ad macrosporegenesis; 2) the method of weat-rye hybrid grains F1 irradiation with γ-rays (sup(137)Cs, 5kR). Both methods permit to increase the yield of new triticale forms a2-3 times on the basis of non-reduced gamet induction for wheat-rye hybrids F1
