Synthesis and X-ray-graph of Bi2O3 - Me(CO3) - Mn2O3, Bi2O3 - Me(CO3) - Fe2O3 systems (where Me - Ca, Sr, Ba)

Description
By the methods of differential thermal and X-ray phase analysis the Bi2O3 - Me(CO3) - Mn2O3, Bi2O3 - Me(CO3) - Fe2O3 systems were examined. For X-ray phase analysis (XPA) the diffractometer Cu Kα-source was used. Results of XPA show that these systems have two polycrystalline phases of Bi2SrMn4O10 and Bi2BaFe4O10 contents. For obtained phases the symmetry and lattice parameters were determined. X-ray, and pycnometer densities of these compounds were determined by experimental and calculations methods, as well as crystal lattice volume
