Vacuum boundary conditions in surface harmonics method

Description
The method of surface harmonics is described in the paper, and a coupling matrix of even and odd angular momenta is obtained at the boundary of the system. The matrix of coupling between neutron levels and odd angular momenta is also obtained. The solution of test one-dimensional one-group tasks has showed the applicability of the obtained matrices

В работе описан метод поверхностных гармоник и получена матрица связи четных и нечетных угловых моментов на границе системы.
