Multipole analysis of the γp→Nπ reaction using a regularization method

Description
A new method is proposed for solving the multipole-analysis problem for the γp→Nπ reaction, using a regularization method. The resulting solutions are stable and the multipole amplitudes exhibit no singularities as functions of energy
