Structural defects in semiconductors with diamond-like structure
Description
Electroreflection spectra (ER) of CdxHg1-xTe monocrystals (CMT) with x = 0.2-0.3, InSb and Ge with different crystallographic orientation in the natural and polarized light are studied. It is shown that studying the ER spectra of semiconductors with diamond-like structure allows one to obtain data on defects in crystals. 2 refs.; 2 figs
