A new operator representation of collective states composed of J = 0 and J = 2 nucleon pairs
- 1. Fukuoka Dental Coll. (Japan). Lab. of Physics
Description
A new operator representation of collective states which takes the place of SU(6) phonon model is proposed. The compact representation of J = 2 nucleon pairs reproduces the major part of the anharmonicity effects in ''multi-phonon states''. We obrain a refined model of collective states which is very useful in the lowest-order approximation. It explains the band structure with respect to B(E2) appearing in the single j-shell model calculation. (author)
