Alignment effects in relativistic deuteron-nucleus stripping reactions
Description
Stripping, absorption and total cross sections have been calculated for relativistic deuteron-nucleus collisions and their dependence on the deuteron alignment assessed. A large fraction of the alignment dependence is shown to be due to eclipse terms. (author)
