Are there sister trajectories in the Veneziano model

The problem of existence of ''sister'' trajectories in the Veneziano dual model is considered. It is shown that the arguments by Hoyer, Toernquist, Webber in favour of a contribution from a ''sister'' trajectory with a slope, equal to half of that for the usual Regge trajectory, to asymptotics of the six-particle Veneziano amplitude, have no foundation
