X-ray determination of dependence of linear expansion coefficient of ZnTe on temperature
Description
Linear expansion coefficient (LEC) of ZnTe with temperature was determined in experiments. It is shown that difference of LEC of ZnTe film and GaSb substrate and LEC of ZnTe represent constant values in 296-678 K range and are equal to (2.23±0.05)x10-6 K-1 and (8.8±0.2)x10-6 K-1 respectively
