Description
Energy scenarios provide a basis for political and economic decisions. However, their results differ significantly depending on their different basic assumptions and boundary conditions. In this contribution the energy scenarios for 2050 prepared by the Association of German Engineers (VDI) together with the Research Centre Juelich and those elaborated for the German Federal Government are compared.
