Improving the magnetizing device design of the single sheet tester of two-dimensional properties
Description
This work presents the development of a circular single-sheet tester of two-dimensional properties with a 0.5-mm gap. Two circular-shaped magnetizing devices were built. One of them has four magnetic poles and the other has 16 poles. The circular shape allowed turning the devices in relation to the sample and the pick-up coils to verify the influence of magnetizing devices on magnetic measurements. The results showed the advantages of 16 poles and circular magnetizing devices for rotational magnetization research
