Use of Doppler broadening of annihilation line of positrons for studying recrystallization of zinc

Description
The method of Doppler broadening of annihilation lines was used for studying influence of plastic deformation and the subsequent annealing of zinc. A source of positrons were isotopes 65Zn, received in reaction 66Zn(γ,n)65Zn is direct in a researched sample that has allowed to reduce a background in a vicinity 511 keV. The minimum of the relation the components, caused annihilate positrons on electron conductivity, to the component which is caused annihilate positrons on electron an ionic core is found out, at temperature 1000C which is caused by formation of void.
