Доклад посвящен обоснованию безопасности ядерной энергетики. Максимальное повышение безопасности можно получить при исключении возникновения аварии в одном из элементов, обеспечивающих функционирование реактора. Изложены четыре основополагающих физических принципа, обеспечивающих предельную безопасность и экономическую целесообразность ядерной энергетики
