Regular obstructed categories and topological quantum field theory

Description
A proposal of the concept of n-regular obstructed categories is given. The corresponding regularity conditions for mappings, morphisms, and related structures are considered. An n-regular topological quantum field theory is introduced. The connection of time nonivertibility with the regularity is shown
