Taylor vortex instability in Couette flow of normal helium

Description
The authors report the observation of the Taylor vortex wavy instability in the Couette flow of liquid helium. The experimental results agree qualitatively with those of classical liquids. However, the instability occurs in a wider range of Reynolds numbers. (Auth.)
