Radiation injuries of spinal cord in treatment of lymphogranulomatosis
Description
The authors observed two patients with Hodgkin disease for which they received telegamma therapy to the cervical region of the spinal cord. This resulted in the deVelopment of clinical symptoms of myelopathy. Differential diagnosis permitted excluding a new focus of the underlying disease and deciding on radiation myelopathy of the CNS after intense irradiation
