Creators

  • 1. Westinghouse Electric Corp., Monroeville, PA (USA). Nuclear Center

Description

Westinghouse's Reactor Simulator Instructor System has been ergonomically designed to cut down the number of control manipulations required to carry out functions. Full use is made of windowing, mouse control and touchscreen techniques, and two way remote control unit can be provided for the instructor. Due to its modular nature and well-defined ASCII mnemonic command structure, the system can also be installed on non-Westinghouse simulators. (author)
