Hadron physics in quantum chiral theory

Creators

Description

The one-loop approximation in the chiral field theory is considered to describe the low-energy hadron physics. In this approximation it is possible to get information on such fundamental properties of hadrons as scattering lengths of higher partial waves, form factors and polarizabilities of mesons, decay structure constants, etc. Strong, electromagnetic and weak interactions are described. Information on the chiral SU(2)xSU(2) symmetry breaking from the experimental data on πN→ππN is analyzed. It is impossible to define the chiral symmetry breaking term without consideration of the one-loop approximation of contributions of resonances
