The report documents the work performed within the Research and Development Task Nuclear core design programs, funded by the German government. It contains the development of new codes, the extension of existing codes, the qualification and verification of codes and the development of a code library. The overall goal of this work was to adapt the system of neutron physics codes to the permanently growing requirements of the status of science and technology
