Description
Amorphous Fe80B20 is studied after various low-temperature neutron irradiations by using the positron lifetime technique. Neutron irradiation is demonstrated to increase the positron lifetime indicating the presence of excess empty spaces induced by radiation. The lifetime increment anneals out continuously without stages between 77 K and 300 K. (author)
