Single particle spin effect on fission fragment angular momentum in odd-Z fissioning system
Creators

Description
Studies on fragment angular momentum in low energy fission provides information about the effect of nuclear structure and insight into the influence of rotational degrees of freedom at the point of scission. In order to examine these aspects in the present work independent isomeric yield ratios (IYR) of 132Sb, 133Te and 136I have been determined in the fast neutron induced fission of 243Am (99.998 atom%) using off line gamma spectrometric technique
