Effect of stoichiometry deviation on electric resistance of La1-xSrxCoO3-δ
Description
The influence of temperature-varied stoichiometry, composition of gaseous phase and conditions of experiment staging on electric resistance of La1-xSrxCoO3-δ samples has been studied. Temperature range, in which electric resistance (R) (at x=0-0.7 and partial pressure of oxygen in gaseous phase 105-102.7 Pa) does not depend on deviation degree of composition from stoichiometry is ascertained.In the range of low temperatures at x=0.25-0.7 high value of δ results in qualitative change of R temperature dependence character
